Actually, the one that I find works best as an IE replacement is Avant!

Firefox. I am addicted to addons that I couldn't find for Chrome. IE was never run on my current OS, b/c I already had Firefox installer on another partition.

Firefox for me.

Google = spyware.

Internet Explorer is garbage I have not touched in four years. Too buggy and easy to hack. Most of your java viruses are optimized for internet explorer.

Also I use a virtual machine for web browsing.

Mostly Chrome because of the sync features with Google services.
It's on my iPhone, Nexus 7 tablet, Windows computer at work and my Linux desktop.

I also use firefox on my Linux machine for the plug ins that Chrome doesn't have yet.

I tried Opera yesthurday, and I have to say that I'm pretty impressed. Really fast, I didn't disvover any problems yet, and the desing is pretty cool.

Opera saves the last page you close by pressing on x, then, next time you open your browser, the last page you visited become your home page. Overall, really fast and really cool, perfect for researches !

Ever try Microsoft Live Labs Pivot?  It has potential, esp. if Google would buy it. They could add some plugins.

Anyone ever heard of ToR? I read and watched some vids about it. It was the ultimate stealth browser. They called it an onion browser. It routed you through several proxy servers.
 Sounded a bit laggy to me.
 And I said "was" because it has been reported that it's been hacked.
