I'm going to set all the heavy weapons back today before we lose the rest of our players.

Funny thing is I will probably not play anymore on Beginner either once it is reverted to the retarded settings.

You can play or not play, that is up to you.

Also Friedrich if you want to leave that is fine, no hard feelings. I will not beg you to stick around.

You may remember that you were the one firing the arty non-stop on gate 4, killing me over and over the day I finally realized that this was just too much arty. So go ahead and enjoy your non-stop arty on the bots.

Since the end result of your arty spam is that everyone goes to your team and there is no one left but bots to kill, which you do not seem to mind, I have yet to figure out why you did not want to play on the other two servers I set up specifically for you to go kill bots on (Minas and Rampage).

Instead you have reacted as if you are insulted that I would do this. That I am insulting you by setting up servers just for you and kernel to go kill bots and leave the rest of us alone. As if dedicating two servers specifically for players who want to fire mortar and arty non-stop while they are in the other room making a sandwich or taking a dump getting 1000 kills was not good enough treatment.

I am going to give you exactly what you want, in your own words Friedrich - full unlimited weapons.

endless mortar
endless arty
maximum adrenaline
poison needles
no spawn protection

and I will play on one of the other servers and ignore the chaos.

Also Friedrich you are the only admin here who has running feuds with other admins. If you leave I will not miss your private dramas. Maybe if you were less rude to people you would be more appreciated.

Definitely. I am going to modify the Minas and Rampage servers so they are playable.

Running feuds I do not know anything about, I just told you when admins were doing stuff I though was stupid like I have done the entire time I was admin.

I have no personal issues with any of the clan members, just some of their actions.  I apologize to any admins that I was mean or rude to if that is the case.

If players leave because of admins rudeness or targeting of good player. I usually have a poor impression of the admin. Sorry that I am more black and white on issues instead of gray.

Thanks for your efforts on creating a server just for me and Kernel, but you know that I have always played Beginner throughout the time you set up server after server after server.  You know this. If you count all of my lost xp it is over 3 billion, 99.9% on Beginner.

It seems to be crashing on Cortex today. 
It plays the map for a while and then goes down and restarts on baserace.

Friedrich I did respond to your last pm, the one where you called Beavis and KOD "monkeys" (your words) for banning someone without a video. In my reply, I sent you a link to the other topic where the ban had been approved after a long list of prior complaints against the player that got banned.

This is what I mean by I won't miss your drama, you hate so many people for what appear to me to be ridiculous reasons. You were mad at Beavis because he shoved you from spawn when he was on the other team. You drove KOD to leave the clan because he was bothering you with that !midget command on the server. Then you want me to add more enhanced mod commands when I don't know what you will find abusive next. You send me complaints about these two over and over when no one else has any problems with them except you so why should I take you seriously. I haven't paid attention to you since you started your "let's get obituary to ban Beavis and KOD for no reason crusade".

I ignore you because it seems you usually want me to do something that only benefits you at someone else's expense. I like Beavis and KOD more than you - they are pleasant people. You are a bitter admin who scares people. Do you wonder why I took away your forum admin? Because I was afraid you would snap and delete  the whole thing or ban me or something. You think you are this great admin but I don't trust you since this pointless crusade started.

I helped you when you wanted KOD punished and he quit (not my intent) and that was when I realized that you enjoyed using me to punish and scare other people here. I hate that behavior.

Not to mention how many times I have seen half the players leave when you get on the server and start the arty camping. I have seen the entire enemy team leave when you play. See you think that makes you awesome but I think it makes you a huge problem.

Yeah I left, not only to get some stuff together, but to let things cool down. (Not because of the punishment, I'm a big boy; I can take my licks.)

I'm the kind of person who thinks of the most awesome come back to a joke...3 days later. So, with time on my side; I thought about that incident for a while. And I thought, and thought, and finally I saw it. It was drama....in it's purist form.

We are all level 3, no higher, no lower. That means we are ALL on the same playing field, and we are all equal. Sure there are admins who have access to the rcon, but that's for people who know what the **** they're doing. (Aka too complicated for some/me) ((And except Obit, but that's because he can turn it all off ))
If there is an admin doing something wrong, we should correct it, not belittle them. Just like I corrected Kidd91 on his most recent ban. We share our information, we learn, we grow stronger together. 

If an admin is doing something wrong, and is ignoring everyone else. Treat them like a regular. Don't talk to them, spec them, get a video, and report it. (Everyone gets caught eventually.)

Me and Qbe were butting heads but he was a regular player at the time. Easily solved, I just didn't talk to him. When he became an admin it became a bit more difficult. We butted heads harder than two coconuts, and now we hardly talk at all. And that's life, sometimes you work with people you don't like. But I trust him, I trust him to know what is right if an admin is doing something wrong. I've seen him correct someone. I trust him to put aside our differences and work together, if only for a few moments, to get work done. 

We may have lost an admin today.....but I know I sure as hell will treat this as a learning experience. I hope you all do. :/

Wow more drama on Funboy than ever. Obit/tard I respect you how good you are at setting up servers, but you need to learn to appreciate other admins who at the start of Funboy (even before it was named Funboy) gave you pointers and ideas on how to make the server better. I remember at the beginning you had an admin called Vash which you trusted and you told me you banned him because he tried to hack your server or something. After that it was me (nevermind my nickname), Friedrich and two other good regular players that were helping you keep the server in control for aimbotters/cheaters. We helped you ban many of them. We were the only 4 admins back then who had the server in good control. 

After awhile you forced me to leave as admin because according to you I was misusing my admin rights against a few players (maybe sometimes with reason) and I became a regular player. I respected your opinion and had no problem being a regular player.

One of the most childish annoying players I've ever met on ET servers is Beavis. That douchebag was only playing as cov op to get uniforms and then camp at spawns areas to spam poison gas and backstab players with poison knife. I noticed many good players complaining about him and leaving. Then I started to warn him to change his playing style and stop being so annoying but he didn't even replied to my pm's. It got so irritating that at some point I had to splat him a few times after getting many complains from other regular players. Suddenly mr beavis started chatting and disrespecting me and other players. After I was forced to be a regular player he started with his annoying childish comments towards me. Because of that  I send you about 2 or 3 pm's here and you told me to play somewhere else and not visit your server anymore and suddenly bam!!! I get a perm with the reason "too much drama". This is the most ridiculous reason to ban a player!!

Few months later I read on the forum that mr douchebag/noob camper himself aka beavis is promoted to admin!! What a joke  !! Is this the kinda admins you want on your server Obit? Bet you he doesn't even know the difference between a cheater and a good player!! He didn't even know how to record a demo hahahaha
No wonder Friedrich was getting fed up with him and wanted you to take proper action, but now I see that Friedrich gets a kick in the ass as a thank you too.

I think your posts say it all. You admit you did misuse your admin rights (which is an understatement, you were abusive towards many players for no reason).

You also admit up above that you !splatted Beavis because of his playing style. Throwing gas and sneaking up on you to stab you in the back is not something to !splat a player over.

I was just brushing my teeth thinking about you Eclipse, when I remembered exactly why I finally got rid of you. It was because you were using the !revive command to revive yourself on the server every time someone killed you.

See I let you be a douchebag until you finally did something so stupid that you gave me a nice safe reason to throw you out on your ass. That was when I banned you and deleted your account here.

That's right everyone: Eclipse was abusing !revive. And not just once but many times. And he has the audacity to criticize Beavis for throwing gas at the spawn. Eclipse would !splat anyone who killed him on the server, when he was reviving himself.

Whoa dude, using the !revive command....that's not only low, but it takes the very fun out of the game.

Using the !revive command is like playing the newest game and having your characters level at the max from the very beginning.

FYI, I am emailing all my old ET contacts to see where the good players like Kenji who left Beginner after being baited into an argument with an admin are playing.

Eclipse is one of the guys I asked.

Kenji was "HP Duk*en" with the Happy Penguin clan and has played since the game was released I believe.

Kernel should know he played on the old =PoW= Extreme server.  You are welcome to join in Kernel if I get some good players together I will let you know if anyone is interested.

Thought it would be nice to get some of the guys like Gold, Kenji, maybe Clyde(=PoW=Phi) myself and others to go on some server raids.

Eclipse is welcome also and his opinion is his own.

Any guys that you think are cheating but you can't prove it tell them to contact me and we can build a scrim team to go bug someone else.   Your problem will be solved and we can get good players.

Too FBY admins, I am not asking any of you because I do not scab a clans players. 

 A few of you guys are great players and you know who you are do not be offended that you are not invited.

Wow the level of personal concern here is disturbing. I guess you didn't like me exposing the reason you finally got banned.

I initially set the level 3 admin level to allow the use of all commands. It was simpler than going in and setting each of the 90 or so commands individually (which I do now thanks to you actually). I never went in and limited anything when I set up the server. I didn't expect anyone to use !revive. I trusted you would do the right thing (which was poor judgement on my part).

I don't blame you for being an idiot. I really don't. That would be like blaming a dog for chasing cars and eating his own poop, when that is just what dogs do naturally. The real fault in our relationship lies with me, for granting you too much power.

Oh and if people want to hang out with Friedrich that is fine, you don't need my permission or anything. Though I am kind of disappointed that Friedrich would get Eclipse involved with this situation.

Yeah as long as we don't get the bad artyspammers back then our average players can enjoy it. The arty spammers ruin the settings for everyone else.

This thread is a train wreck and I don't think anyone comes out looking good, especially Eclipse lol, who is probably wishing he had stayed away.

WOW A FULL HOUSE IS GREAT FOR OUR SERVERS

Tonight was a full house and it was more fun than normal.  Without all the extra servers running more and more are coming back to Beginner.  Three or four FBY's playing and no moaning or groaning about anything.  It felt good to be able to play and not worry about any asshats.
