how to manage my own server 
with et server creator(i dont know the name) 
how to add bots 
and such commands like listplayers .....

Once you download omni bot use the cvar list to customize your server. If you want to have friends over to play make sure you have internal access to your router 10.00.1 or somthing like that and set it to port forward

Having your own local server is fun it's the only way I could get my uncle George to play the game with me, if you have any questions we have a lot of people here that are very knowledgeable so just ask, but start  with what I gave you and you'll be fine.

It depends on the mod you're running. Is it jaymod, etpub, noquarter, or silent? All those mods have different shrubbot systems. ;]
