help!!!

Hey guys....ran into a problem tonight starting ET.....I keep getting the following message.......(ui_mp_x86.dll) failed pure server check. Can someone guide me in the right direction to fix this problem.....please. Thanks.....

Right-click on the ET icon and choose "run as admin". ;]

I got it working....thx selene.... but now I am at zero xp...I reformatted my laptop last night and reinstalled ET ....does that have anything to do with it?

Yes, you have a new etkey (player unique number). XP is saved by that number. Don't worry, XP doesn't really matter and you still have number 1 spot on "top 10". Top 10 are all accumulated points, and they stay even if you reset your XP. I'm glad you can connect now

hey Selene....I hate to pester you with minor crap but my xp has not been accumulating .....is there anything I can do to fix that or maybe something at your end?

According to this tracker (the same as on the left side of the forum) your points are intact: http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/74.91.123.182:27961/top_players/

It grows a bit slower now since you have less XP on the server, but the more you make the faster it will grow. For now you left everyone else far behind anyway.

There is nothing I can do about XP in game though. Your gametracker stats should grow more visibly since 100k or something, which won't take you long to make probably ;]

The mod we're using is called jaymod and it doesn't feature the ability to restore XP.

I noticed something, looking at several different servers' scores. 4.29b on Gametracker is the biggest number you can get. So that's why it doesn't go up anymore for you. Anyway, congratulations, you reached the limit

You are correct Selene, game tracker only goes up to a certain number then stops. I maxed out the game tracker score as previous admin on another server. I was kind of upset when i found it out. I lost my number one rank due to i don't play that server anymore but hey, i was ranked number one for like 3 years there.

hmmm ....now everyones gonna think Im cheating....low score but kickin ass....lol....oh well as long as the powers that be know the truth....I kinda wondered why the numbers weren't adding anymore....thx for the info Selene.....
