Maps, etc Empty Maps, etc

To Selene, the one who moderates and takes care of things for us, and the one who made me register online so that I can make map requests ...  Wink

Good idea with the split schedules of map rotations.  It allows us to easily play them all.  I have a few map suggestions below.  There's a big group of people that are more concerned with killing than the objective, so it seems there could be a few more DeathMatch sort of maps where killing IS the objective. Just a few ideas, new maps are fun to play.

Face is a great map, I would put it in the map cycle some day.

We used to run Daybreak and it has a lag that was causing our server to crash at the very end (when you have to bring all the dynamites).

Bathroom Panzer used to be on our server before and we will probably put in rotation again (not along with kitchen though, one no-objective map is enough at the time).

Hospital Sniper - never heard of it, I will have to test it.

I just looked at a few maps that looked semi-interesting from their descriptions and images ... not idea how they'll all work.

We have been talking about reducing the time limits too. I want to see what happens with ten-minute maps. Might reduce the rushing and be more interesting as we would go through maps a bit faster. I want feedback on what people think and how this works in-game (good, bad, ugly...)

Also with the Christmas season underway we will be adding the northpole map and adding Christmas graphics.

Selene has put together a new pk3 file, with blue santa hats for the Allies, snowball grenades and some other neat stuff.

We will probably avoid adding the Bad Santa voices as we have a lot more people on and we don't want a bunch of parents crying about the profanity. A couple of the tamer ones are fun though.

We should be switching to the Christmas stuff over this coming weekend right before Thanksgiving.

I like the non-goal maps, especially with the time limits imposed.   Just an all out kill fest.  It would be nice to have some of the classic maps without the goals.
