What I do is make sure the Image isn't too big. I resize it with Office picture viewer. Then I "Host an Image" in the reply section 3rd from the youtube icon. After uploading it I copy the image url and then use the "insert an image" function. Took me a couple of tries to get it right. Hope that helps.

I use TinkPicLink
1. Choose File
2. Resize (what ever you want)
3. Upload Now
4. Answer captcha
5. Copy the contents of the "MG Code for Forums & Message Boards" box
6. Paste that into your post.

I replied to your PM, but sometimes PMs on forum don't work for some reason. If you want to upload pictures use tinypic.com, I always use that site. Really user-friendly interface
