General question

Just a general question for all admins.

When a normal non-admin player plays by the rules and then...

1.Is threatened to be splatted/froze/kicked by admin because he/she doesn't now their own map rules
2.Continues to be threaten after other players step up and confirm normal player is correct
3.Is called names by admin on open chat for all to see.
4.Continues on and on still knowing they were fully wrong to begin with.

Can that player expect an apology from said admin for being threatened and called names?
Or are admins god-like persons who never have to say sorry?

(ps, in each 5 cases of this happening in my playing on the fby server, never has an apology been forwarded. In fact I was even issued a ban because of finally getting sick and tired and calling a previous admin out on it, who by the way was shortly afterward stripped of admin privileges and banned.)

I do not want to hear any lying replies about rushing, etc., which happened last time.

Finally, you will note the gentlemanly way I have written this letter, please do not respond with old stories or rude
insults which certain admins gravitate towards in their typical responses.

Particulars need to be known.  Such as it was during Minas, which you do have a bad history on.

I came on during the last few minutes.  Teams grossly uneven.  Axis 1100 xp and allies 170 xp and the game was only 8 minutes into it.  I was trying to get people to balance the teams out and didn't catch much of what was happening.  I do know you were asked to deliver the obj. so as to finish the game and you just spouted about obit and selene saying you can run around with it.

Everything I saw was in PM.  Besides general rule is go ahead and do what was asked and not argue with an admin.  Then take it up on the forum.  I would think.

And right off the bat, as expected... lies

1.last I looked axis were 1 player up don't know about xp.map started with axis 1 down which is why I went axis.

2.telling admin about holding object.. object was not even in my possession. (lie)
  admins clarified some time ago that if asked to fin map, finish it. I ALWAYS comply with this request, whether it is to finish or sometimes I will drop it to team mate.

3.game was 8 mins left not 8 mins in I believe(lie). Also your request for even teams was after I dropped object first time I believe

4. "spouted off" See , this is exactly what I referred to in previous responses. I write a succinct well worded request for response and typical response is incorrect and insulting.
 
Obviously, from the first response I am not going to get any reasonable clarifications.

Goomba you have multiple issues with multiple people. You have been in trouble with many admins for a variety of reasons for a long time.

If you prefer a "no admins" environment you are perfectly welcome to play on Flight School.

First off Goomba don't call me a liar.  The game had over 12 minutes left when I logged on. 

I checked teams and saw how lopsided they were. 

You had obj. on top of cathedral when I asked to even the teams,deliver it, or get shuffled.  This was after you were asked by an admin to finish it.

The ending xp was 1100+ to 170.  The game only lasted a couple of minutes more before you dropped the obj. and Ox took it in.

The next map I had to PM to "stop".  The banter back and forth was being carried on way too long.  The admin did ask me after you left what the rushing rule was on Minas and I told him.  He said he was not aware and now would know. 

You like to carry things on longer than is needed.

g00mba I was on the other night using another name, and saw you rush and stack a map while there was no admins on.  I knew you thought you was smart.
 You don't follow the rules when admin are absent.
 All anyone would have to do is demo you rushing and post it here. It don't have to be a admin.
 Consider yourself lucky I didn't demo you the other night. It pissed me off. You don't just disrespect the rules when you rush. You disrespect the other players right to play a fair game. You have no respect for nothing or nobody. But your desire to cheat when there are no admins on.
 You got no reason to cry. I'm surprised you aren't !splatted till you leave every time you come on the server.
 So you should really check yourself before you wreck yourself.

Sorry I havent been around much, have been dealing with kidney stones. A 10-12mm cannonball has been stuck in the pipe for a month. Just had surgery yesterday to bust it up. 
I have been waiting for goomba to finally complain so that I could respond. It was me. His characterization of what actually happened is exaggerated, but understandable. His indignance as a righteous player (who has been banned from the server 3 times for good reason) is a little out of place. I saw no forum post anywhere stating that the rules about taking the objective on Minas before the last gate was blown and holding on to it had been changed and was now allowed so you can all understand the need for confirmation since goomba has lied to me before. After seeing all of the responses to his complaint, I don't think any more needs to be said. 
If you read the logs you will find my interaction with him was not out of line but to the point. as a matter of clarification, will someone please confirm the change of rules on minas for me? I will happily allow it if I know it is true. Goomba, nothing that happened entitles you to an apology, so none is offered. I was enforcing the rules as they were understood to be, and have still received no confirmation from a trusted source that you were telling the truth. 
You have always been a troublesome player who thinks rules don't apply to you and ignores them completely whenever admins are not on the server. Consider yourself lucky that you are allowed to play on funboy servers.

Assuming the 6th gate is down and atleast 5 minutes have passed it is technically allowed, but I don't see why anyone would do that besides for the purpose of extending the map, which seems kind of a douchebag move (since then the attacking team can't do the objective anymore).
