Multiple Accounts

Some players connect to our servers from more than one computer at the same time. This is common for families who play together. That is fair use.

We do not allow players to use two computers to play one player at the same time. Some people use one account as a spectator to look around corners or watch an objective. Obviously having one account as a spectator while you play on the other computer is no different than using a wallhack. It is especially unfair when using a mortar, as it allows a mortar to precisely target the enemy team.

Admins should use the !finger command if they suspect a player is using a spectator account to cheat. !finger the player and the spectator and see if the IP addresses match. If so, warn the player to turn off the spectator account or be kicked.
