uneven teams

i have a complaint against a few....bitch me out or kick me from the clan, so be it... here is  a complaint i have about FBY members not following  rules when it comes to uneven or weak teams. i was warned not once but twice in the past about this subject and was told that if i didnt follow the rules i would be banned from forums and server, but i am sick and tired of seeing certain members who think that their shit dont stink and wont help spec and or move to the weaker side, and yes this does happen.i am 150% for the clan and here latelty i have seen nothing but members ignore requests, i have also seen fby members rush maps..... i geuss i need proof, well if thats the case then i will come in a start recording everyone....yes i am upset over what i have seen the last few days... i am sorry but i call as i see it.....

Give me a screenshot of the offenders or stfu.
