for some odd reason my in game xp say -345 but when I press tab the list shows its normal whts going on with it?

This is jaymod score bug. Nothing to be afraid of. Everyone gets this. When you reach 65 thousand XP, it will start counting again from -512 XP. When you get to another 65k it will go on again and again. But your real score is saved, it still shows you have your actual XP when you press the TAB. I personally went through that XP reset about 15 times now 
So this is nothing more than a hud bug that happens on every jaymod server.

Look at your XP in the hud and again when you click TAB. The values will be different.
Probably Jaybird didn't think anyone would be making so much XP, so he didn't test it, and left it along with zillion other bugs he didn't care to fix ;]
