Super Carbines

I restarted and updated the server just now and I added a new weapon enhancement for the engineer rifles. The Kar98 and Carbine engineer rifles now have 999/999 ammo, like the other guns did. Also the rate of fire is now the same as the enhanced mp40 is (1200 rounds per minute).

With the high damage these rifles do, they are now very awesome, game-shifting weapons.

I like to add a new super weapon once in a while, it keeps the server interesting and shifts everyone's playing style a bit so they have to think differently.

Also I added 999/999 ammo to the rifle grenades so you can spam endless rifle nades.

The carbine is actually a really op weapon in ordinary servers but like this its like a unstoppale power
