Might give this a try, never really changed much of the ET settings before so I wonder how much difference it makes.

This is a good cfg if you have an older computer and a craptastic connection (like Julie's 2006 hand-me-down used laptop running off her neighbor's unintentional free wireless).

If you have good graphics then just use the network cvars.

For you Koenios over in the EU the network cvars should help drop your ping by 50 or more.

So to put this in... we need to copy this into a txt file and save as Julie.cfg and then type in what?

(for those of us not too tech savvy)

Yeah copy it into notepad, then save it as autoexec.cfg. Use "All Files" in the file type field or it will make a file named autoexec.cfg.txt (not what we want)...

You want a file named autoexec.cfg

Put it in your etmain folder, then run /exec autoexec.cfg in your console.
