Can't play for a bit

Hey guys,

Just to let you know I can't play at the moment. I mashed my little finger at work & can't do much with it atm.

Probably be a 5 weeks at least before it's back to normal.

I'll still be on the forum now and then but playing ET is impossible right now.

Maybe you could rebind your keys so you can still play.

Hope it heals soon. Also, that you have good range and no nerve damage.

Chopped one of my pointer fingers(to the bone on one side) with electric hedge clippers once. It was numb for a year afterwards.

The gash is knitting itself back together nicely now and no nerve or tendon damage fortunately but by look of it but it is definately fractured.

Ouch at Freidrich, sounds nasty mate. Hope it healed ok.

As for key binding, well I could but my hands are kind of trained with the keys I use & even if I did that, I have no doubt I'd still slip into my usual config. And bouncing a fractured finger on a keyboard wouldn't be nice, so I'm sorry but I better err on the side of caution for now.

If any of you work in a factory or warehouse, be very careful. It's so damn easy to have an accident in a split second.

Just a quick heads up

My finger has (hopefully) nearly healed now so should be back to normal soon, all going well. Tested it a couple of times but not as it was. part of it is numb now :s and the fracture is still there a bit.

I will be on a bit more now though so hopefully will see you in game.
