Can't connect Empty Can't connect

I can't connect to 74.91.123.182 whether I try on port 27960, 27961, 27962, 27971 or 27974

Connections just time out.

The forum web-page reports the server as operational, though and I am able to connect to other servers.

Is that what it looks like when your IP is banned?
Am I banned?

We had a cheater from Toronto with the same subnet as you. I'm unbanning this subnet and I'll ban him by his individual IP. Sorry for the inconvience. You should be able to connect now.
