Network problems (2014-05-06)

Our provider informed us they have problems with a router at the datacenter.
If you're experiencing lag, it's due to this issue, it's not caused by your computer or our server.

We have seen several bursts of packet loss in NYC between 11:37am and 11:47am EDT this morning. These are not due to an attack on a customer of NFO, and likely represent either the effects of an unannounced maintenance event or DDoS against a different Internap customer at this location. We are following up with the Internap NOC about this.

Update @ 4:51pm EST: Internap tells us that this is/was a problem with one of its routers in NYC and that they are continuing to investigate the situation
